Morgan Bailey has spent most of her life as a Delaware County resident and received a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in 2021. She brings over six years of customer service experience to 3Rivers.

Morgan started her career with us in our branches as a Retail Service Specialist and is now a part of our Retail Sales Team. Her favorite part of her role is getting the chance to help our members and deepen relationships. Morgan is passionate about helping others accomplish their goals, watching dreams come true, and making a positive impact in our community.
